I travel a lot and this hotel exceeded my expectations. the location on orchard road is fantastic, close to everything (i mean, everything!). the staff were helpful. They always had a smile. i had a super early check-in and late check-out without any hassle.

my room included a spacious layout with a comfortable king-sized bed plus a dedicated work area, ideal for catching up on emails and the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries, a nice touch after a busy day.

I was a bit disappointed by a couple of things . the breakfast buffet seemed understaffed. it was particularly noticeable during peak hours when a large group checked in. i also had some issues with the coffee machines. Several were empty and not promptly refilled. this gave me the impression the hotel didn't adequately anticipate or plan for the impact of large groups on the buffet service.

The hotel sits in a central location on Orchard Road. Halal food is served at the hotel. I appreciated that breakfast had many options, including western choices.
I found the front desk service to be very slow. The shower and the entire plumbing system seemed old! and not appealing for any usage. The services from the hotel staff was average.

Shathees at reception provided excellent service from my arrival. He greeted me warmly and addressed all my needs efficiently. The hotel location is very convenient to shops and public transport. Orchard station is a short walk away offering access to public transport.
I asked the receptionist for a room with a view if possible, but she mentioned that all rooms lacked views. I was accommodated in a room similar to a handicap room, which I thought was standard. Another staff member later moved me to a room with a partial view.
